Hello and Welcome!
My name is Teresa Northy and I am a clinical social work associate doing individual and family therapy.
I have my MSW from Portland State University. I have my CSWA and am working with a board approved supervisor and licensed through the Oregon Board of Social Workers.
I partner with Mindful Therapy Group for supervision, scheduling and billing.
I work with Oregon based clients primarily by telehealth.
Life can sometimes feel stressful and busy leading to feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety and overwhelm. Often we feel like we need to manage on our own. The reality about life and connection is that we are designed to do life in a support system. We do not have to be alone!

During your consult we will talk about what you're looking to gain from therapy and see if we are a good fit for each other.
During the first session there will be conversations around history and goal setting
Continuing sessions will be eclectic, client centered, trauma informed, and strength-based.
